A bit off topic but if Jagex is ever going to start selling gold, I don't think it'd be bad if they only acted as a middleman between buyers and sellers. Let players buy/sell gp for $ in a GE like system where the price woud adjust to supply/demand. Then Jagex would just take a commission (say 5%) from each trade. You pay $10 to buy 10m, the seller gets $9.50, Jagex gets $0.50. This shouldn't cause inflation since no gp is added to the game. And it would probably ruin the RWT sites since the price would be determined by supply and demand, so it would always be able to compete with illegal sites. Not to mention people would be much more willing to use a 100% safe method than risk their acc.

What do you mean? If you mean why he is gaining range xp? Well he is currently powerslaying like a beast and cannoning tasks, so that's where the range xp comes from, along with melee xp. And he is also gaining 500kish mage xp a day along with that, so he might be alching stuff under tasks to make things less boring or something. He probably means the lack of ranged xp, he has 154m slay but only 67m range xp. So Tezz isn't cannoning nearly as much as most powerslayers? Or didn't use to, I don't know his current slayer/range xp gain ratio.

Yeah but you can only exit Nex by teleing out, so you will have to get the kill count again before you can get to the bank.

I'm sure there will be an option to disable summoning. Actually you have to opt-in summoning, but not hard to whine/pretend you have 16 summoning until they let you turn it on/take in your mascot granite crab :thumbup: People will check your stats from hiscores before staking for any big money.

Skills over 50 that actually matter. nothing actualy matters why do you need 99 smithing? you dont... to make rune plates... id rather save all th effort of getting 99 smith when people sell it cooking.... buy the food everything is buyable nothing is needed in rs its just a set goal for people to acheive same in ftp you dont need 99 cooking in ftp like you dont need higher crafting than 90 in p2p but you they still do it for the same reasons of ability to do it Nothing matters in P2P? 95 prayer? 96 herblore? Those are really useful and you can drop 400-500m on them. So no, money isn't useless in P2P For F2P though, it's another thing...

RS Wiki reckons at higher thieving levels you can get around 300k xp/hr, though it's still early days so that figure might change a bit. Doing a bit of math, yes, you can now top 300kxp/hr. Blackjacking Menaphite Thugs caps at about 280k xp/hr. These new monkeys are about 8% faster. 280x1.08= a little over 300. Making it something like 25% faster than PP as well, I believe. EDIT: Oh, and I don't think you could get randoms on Ape Atoll. I might be wrong, but I don't recall ever getting one and I've never seen monkeys in places like ScapeRune Jail or Maze. Anyway, that's another plus, if it's true. I tried it and with 99 thieving it seems you never fail to knock out the monkeys. So the only way to get stunned is to misclick "pickpocket" instead of "punch". Lobsters are common loot from them, so even at lower levels you probably wouldn't have to bring any food.

I think from level 99 to 200m dungeoneering is easier and more enjoyable than cooking, but for 1-99 cooking is way easier than dg. Especially if you start dging now from a low level, it's a pain since it'll take a long time till you have access to good teams.

Not to mention catching Jadinkos is the fastest hunter xp in the game.

The surgebox doesn't count as a shield, so don't use tank ring with it (from mod Chris L on HLF). Also from my experience you end up taking less damage using gatherer/artisan ring while keying.

EDIT: tested with overloads. Seems to work like it should, you have a chance of saving torstols.

Any competent slayer would click a new monster as soon as his target dies, and collect the loot later while in combat. This can be done without losing an attack cycle if the spawns are close enough to each other. You can be in combat 90%+ of the time on most tasks. I had to lol a bit at your 40% figure. What's even more amusing is that you always run out of arguments to support your claims and then resort to trolling.

You could just fill the horn whenever you have access to a good team (use BA clans' clan chats and IRC), in between training other skills. Would still boost your average agility xp/hr quite a bit in the long run.

21,429.78 hours was mentioned so I just calculated 21,429.78/24 = 892.875 days. You're right, it's 1k+ days for a brand new acc. I think that "over 25000 hours of free play time" refers to F2P having that much "content". Don't know where they pulled that from but it could be accurate, 200m in F2P skills would take a long time considering how much slower some skills are in F2P (rc & prayer for example :blink:)

So it's only like 900 days of playing time for 200m in all skills from scratch? Doesn't sound that bad considering there are people with 1000+ days in the counter already, and a ton of people have put in 500+ days.

My native language is Finnish. I studied English, Swedish and French. I can speak English quite well, it's the only foreign language I really get to use. Only studied Swedish because it's compulsory here. The language isn't too hard but I had zero motivation to learn it so I can't really speak it properly. After taking French for 7 years I decided to quit it. Was frustrating not being able to handle it properly even after so many years so I gave up. I know, such a waste.

Squash is a really fun and intense game to play, probably my favourite :) I suppose watching it might get boring though.

You forget that the Earth is round. A missile from Iran to US would fly over Poland if it went the shortest route. I don't know where most of Russia's nukes are, but I don't see how a missile shield in Poland would stop them from reaching USA.
