You might have to signup to get the charts and such I am not sure. It is free and they don't spam your email at all :) I am trying to loose weight at the moment, and I just do a mix up everything. Be sure to include stretching or you could pull something I think. Usally for abs I do 100 Air bicycles and 100 Sit ups. What you have sounds fine, maybe start at 10 lb each and do plenty of reps. \/ Yea that is my problem, :oops: I'll keep my post up if anyone else wants to use it
