The reason, that Jagex states why they will not allow players under 13 is for such things as sliding puzzles and harder quests like they stated. Just thought I would let everyone who didn't know, know. But my little cousin who plays RS and is 11 years old does beg alot and is quite annoying. And he even shares an account, so he did not obviously read the rules. So there is an example of a <13 player not understanding things in Runescape. But heh not everyone is like that.

I'm quite confused on if you will slow down or not when you travel really fast. In the book it gives an example where the person who travels experiences times faster, rather than slower :? , and then it tells a little bit later that whenever you move fast, you experience time slower, like how the moun could live 20millionths of a second instead of 2. :-s
