Id personally say taz-ha, or even if your good enough, go Dag kings, make loads of money there.

Not sure if this is old or new but before my crystal sheild use to say 10/10, now it says full till it degrades down to 9/10

Id say use damis lair skeles, use a slave ammy and drag battleaxe and you'll be fine! There max hit is 8 btw.

Karil good for CW Torag good for barrows and all round melle def Guthan good for slayer Dhaorck good for training Arhim..Good mage Attack Verca good for dueling and KQ, So id say torag is best.
