Well, a few days ago my friend informed me with a great, great training spot. Now, I was reluctant to do this because my defense was only 20(Now 30), But some how he forced me to do it. After training on the Flesh Crawlers for 10 minutes and getting a full inventory, I stepped out of the Stronghold. 700 Fire Runes, 100 Dust Runes and a Half Key sat in my inventory. Not to mention a full inventory of Unids. I realized that these monsters are AMAZING training, as I had gotten 10k or so xp in the process. I went back for another trip, and I was more amazed! Another Half Key, 1k of fires and 150 dusts! And again, a full inventory of Unids. What I'm trying to say is do you thyink that JaGeX is going to Nerf these things, like they did to the minotaurs? Discuss =D>

I suggest you just stick with Men/Woman, they seem to be better for you to train on...

I'm guessing a lvl 57 wouldn't do to good in there
