Bang on the mark. Fear on a large scale is mostly produced by the human imagination. For example, ever since werewolves became popular, more people started to fear wolves. Same with bats turning into vampires. The human brain is quite scary in itself. Except unlike bats and wolves spiders DON'T have a negative media image. With the exception of the black widow ive not really heard any bad stories about spiders. The movie arachnophobia is more of a comedy than a serious horror film. I always assumed the fear of spiders to come from when I was really young. Curious about things but not things that move fast or walked all over me. I don't like spiders because I was scared as a kid not because of the media's portrail.

None of that information was kept server site or sent to the website it was pulled right from your computer using exploits to display information. The ppl serving the popups didn't know anything.

Now this is a 2 hour special. Seperate budget to Season 4 so production values should be pretty high. Caprica is currently in development hell but I wouldnt be suprised if filming began after the finale of Battlestar Galactica.

I really enjoyed the first two so ill go along and see the new one. been hearing mixed reviews about it tho :( Its not got quite the high acclaim of the others, but that may just be because it was over hyped.

btw Harrington there IS going to be a BSG Movie too in the canon of the re-imagined series. Its called Razor and its going to come out before Season 4 begins and is based about the Pegasus and at the time when Cain becan cannibalising the fleet she had aqquired to allow herself to fight the Cylons. Alas its not getting a theatrical release and will be straight to DVD but its going to be broadcast on Sciffy in the US before S4 and will probably be on Sky One here in the UK. p.s the old Cylons are back ;)

M&M is the 3nd most active board in the General Section (discounting Forum Games which is basicly a spam board). It seems crazy to me to take something which has a large number of regular active posters be pushed under the carpet and hidden away.

Bill Bailey is probably my favourite, I saw him live last week :D I was also pretty impressed by Marcus Brigstocke too, hes much better irl than what ive seen of him on TV. I did see a Canadian guy the other day too who reminded me very much of Bill Hicks, was really funny in his own right though he didnt just copy him. All you Brits with Sky/Virgin watch the Paramount Comedy stand-up show. Its really good sometimes, you get to see sets by very little known people but some of them are much better than the big names.
