As long as he owns the media, or has permission from the owner, he has permission to make backup copies of the data in any way desired. To watch the backup copy and the original copy at the same time is in violation of the license, but to simply have two copies is not illegal in any way at all. Its illegal to make copies of DVDs even if you own it for yourself and its for backup purposes. Its also illegal to get around any copy protection measures put in place thanks to the DMCA.

You don't really specify any useful details. You cant "update" a graphics card in the same way as you can other memory in your computer. You will bee to replace your old card with something completely new, yet compatible with your current motherboard. You don't specify if its the MXR or EX, it cant be both. as far as i'm aware its only a really basic AGP card but id want clarification from you to make sure its not PCI-E before giving any specific advice. We also need to know how much your budget is because the prices of graphics cards range from ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã15 to ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã415. If you mean you just want the latest drivers (which in my opinion is unlikely) then you can find them on the Nvidia website posted above.

Power companies run a business, she would have received several letters and phone calls. The power company had no idea why continuous power was needed so I blame the family. They were tigers... The point of the Chinese was that the animals were meant to go back to the wild, therefor its the closest thing they can do to the real thing. These were no animals bred in captivity who are used to having their chunks of meat laid out in the same places every day. I don't agree with the money aspect of this, however, if this is a good way of getting the animals ready for re-habitation then I'm all for it. I just think that you can use the same way of paying for fish to give to a dolphin at Sea-world as you can feeding a Tiger a live cow.

Rights to thousands of films have been bought by movie companies. That doesn't mean that anything will come of it. The rights to Spiderman were bought and then lost (because no film was made during the licensed time) a long time before Columbia Pictures/Sony got their hands on it.

I think its good that a lot of media attention has been brought up. Its all around the world now about the shortage of donors. But i don't believe that airing the show now will give anything more to the subject than has already been brought up.
