I guess we have to agree to disagree. Mike of all people should know the work put in by all the staff not just a select few because he was with them as a VIP. Let's not get into a raging debate about it. Runefest was a fantastic event but its not something that can easily be done, everything was thought of. Maybe when more people post pictures and videos you will understand better the amount of work that was put in. Runefest was most definitely NOT a few chairs in a village hall.

You weren't there, clearly a lot if work was put into the event by Dev team too. The insider sessions and presentations had a lot of preparing in advance. I also spoke with Mark Gerhard who said he would love to do another one but make it smaller. You can tell me to stop making stuff up if you like but I'm only telling you what I saw when I was actually there...

Don't expect too much about Runefest 2011. This year was a huge event for them and it took a lot of staff away from their regular jobs making the game we all enjoy. I really hope there is one next year but it wouldn't surprise me if it was a bit smaller next time.

I signed a non disclosure agreement so I can't reveal what I saw but it wasn't a bank pin authenticator. Really excited now with only a few hours to go. Spent the day with some runescape friends yesterday and meeting back up with them before going to Runefest. Follow @Mercifull on Twitter. Forgot to take camera yesterday so I must remember it today. I will try to post some updates and pics to Twitter if I get a signal.

A jmod confirmed the authenticity of it. My testing/interview is confirmed at 1 pm tomorrow and I will have to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Jagex want people to test a "secret device for runescape players" tomorrow and Sunday in London and want volunteers. I applied and got an email asking for more info from me but that's all I know.

Has anyone else signed up to product test the "secret runescape device" on the Friday or Sunday?

Take a photo copy of the card used Den. I'm sure Jagex will let you in.

I'll wear the t-shirt I wore in my golden gnome entry. It's got my name in big letters on it so you won't miss me :P

I find it odd they ask for photo id when there isnt even a name on the ticket... :P

The Chrome add on is full of win. I'm still trying to get to grips with Android app development though. Unfortunately making one is harder than I initially thought.

That's. I've been dying to have a decent idea to make an app dice being accepted into the app inventor beta. At a wedding this weekend but I'll see if I can whip something up in time for Runefest.
