I think about 80% of the time it's set to Friends. 5% of the time its set to On and 15% of the time its Off completely when im doing something like Runecrafting or alching and dont want to be disturbed.

When i'm at the GE saying "Selling _____ for _____" and being quite specific and then someone trading and wanting to sell me crappy low leveled items. Pffft time wasters. I just wanna be in and out the GE as fast as I can i dont like wasting time dealing with noobs that want me to buy their rubbish.

Its unneccesary in the UK tho because there are other methods of paytment that are probably even easier than prepaid cards. For example Splash Plastic (prepaid Maestro Card) which can be used for buying anything online not just Runescape and you can top it up in any Post Office, any shop with the PayPoint logo or top up packs available in other stores.

It DOES affect combat WHEN you have a pouch in your inventory or summon a familiar. Seriously read the RS website before posting again, you are embarassing yourself.
