I consider myself a skiller with combat levels too. I've got 5 non combat level 99's and I havnt trained combat properly for a long time now. A level 3 skiller just hinders their chances of skilling faster. At the end of the day if we are both woodcutting and both get a spirit random, who is gonna end up dead first and who if going to be laughing?

Untrue. It might take longer for someone to report you with a disclaimer but if someone does your video WILL be removed. If you are using licensed music without express permission you are breaking the law. Even John McCain got caught out recently during the electoral campaign.

Not true. The only way to keep your video safe from removal is to use royalty free music or pay the fees required to licence a song. You cant claim fair use if you play the whole song in its entirety.

Why does the grandmaster quest HAVE to be the 150th? Perhaps it will be like Stargate where they have a fun silly quest for the 150th. After all, the quest was planned for next year originally which means they didnt know when it would be finished and coulnt hold back loads of other quests just because they wanted it at 150.

No not at all. If someone has been taken down due to a DCMA request then you can't even make an appeal for 10 days even if the claim was fake or without merit.
