Ok so hold on a sec... purple is up 886.6k and yellow is up 1m. Thats an increase of 1,886,600 right... but according to your own screen shot which you failed to notice was that 3 other party hats are DOWN! Why do you never see the overall picture? Green, red and white made a combined loss of 3,931,300 which means that across the board party hats lost 2,044,700 in value overall. It's merchants selling to merchants. I think that purples and yellow will stabalise about where they are now and the others will continue to fall to a more "reasonable" price.

They only have a basic graphics chipset though.

My 99 cooking was a by-product of getting 99 fishing and my 99 firemaking was a by-product of 99 woodcutting. 99 fletching was a bonus in creating thousands of bows to high alch. When I finish alching them i will have 94 magic. Fletching, cooking and firemaking are nooby skills thats a fact. They are far to cheap/fast to level and if you are only getting it to have a skillcape then I have no respect for it. If you enjoy firemaking then fair enough but what is lame is the people that groan about having to light 200k willow logs to get the 99. If its boring don't do it.

I use guides only to see what I need. What I don't like doing is spending half an hour getting thru some complex maze only to find out I need a bucket or something lame. I enjoy quests and always read the story and watch the cutscenes. If i've been struggling on a part of the quest for an hour or so i will probably get fed up and check the guide then too.

If its as good as rune armour perhaps it could be used for cheap armnour on pvp worlds. Some people seem to easily get 100k points + a game so in only an hour or two you could have several sets of armour to go pking with rather than spending a couple of hundred k on rune armour

My volatile tool when all weird too. I found that I couldn't mine gem rocks with it, just stood there. I wasted a few charges getting it into a hammer and then it turned into a proto tool lol. Aw well nvm. I'm sure it'll all be fixed soon.

But a lot more profitable if you could smith anything rune :P

Would make sense to have have Falador and possibly Taverly in there too

What can they actually steal? I mean even if you've done all the quests you can only give away 60k and you cant even do that unless the person you are giving away to also has done all quests. Is there any point in "hacking" people's characters anymore?

Dissapointed to hear that not all magic spells are banned on the trawler. Good start though. I don't see any need for spells other than a teleport away to be used.

The issue with looking it in terms of exp experience is that you cant really do much extra at 96+ than you can below.

The Fishing Trawler is for Fishing, so we have prevented players from leeching experience while undertaking other activities such as Fletching or enchanting items. This isn't fair to the legitimate players, and now the Trawler might not sink quite as often. omg!!!!!! EPIC WIN! Trawler might actually be fun again :D

Combat 130+ Skills 90+

They reached a point where so many were held my merchants that real demand in them fell to extremely low. The only reason they reached so high in the past was merchants selling to other merchants. Ordinary people just dont want to spend that much money on a paper hat anymore. Now there are so many other things for people to spend their money on like Bandos and Armadyl armour, godswords and spirit sheilds which not just look "cool" but actually have a use. It was inevitable that they would drop eventually but how much they will in the end... noone knows. I think people would be foolish to invest in party hats again. It's such a huge investment for potentially little gain. People are far better off investing in lots of cheaper things than putting all their eggs in one basket. I know this is a silly example as it would take weeks to purchase the amount but this is purely for show that large amounts of small items is better than small amounts of expensive ones: You could have invested 112.8m (yellow phat mid) in 600k mith ores for 188gp each last week. Today they are 249gp each and you would have made 149.4m. Profit of 36.6m. Would take you a long time to get that kind of investment off a partyhat ever again.
