well, you know how sometimes when you cast a strike spell, you see a little "splash" effect? that's basically what happens when you fail a spell (you notice that you still use up runes to cast the spell) and even though it fails, you still get the same amount of exp

if you want the absolute fastest way to get exp at your level, buy tons of steel bars on the forums and make them into plates at your level, this is actually faster than buying tons of mith bars and making them into scimmies, since with steel plates, you gain 187.5 exp per hammering action, while with mith scimmies, you only gain 100 exp per hammering action

if you're mainly after mage exp and don't mind missing out on drops, i suggest curse training basically, you wear full metal armor and/or dragonhide items to lower your magic attack bonus as much as possible (full rune will decrease it 65 magic levels and d'hide vambs will do another 10 levels). if your mage level is below the amount decreased by your equipment, your spell will fail to take effect every time (you still get the exp for casting the spell) this is actually more effective than fire strike, since you automatically get 29 exp per curse, while fire strike gives you up to 19.5 exp per spell i suggest you use a water or earth staff while doing this (the negative bonus of the vambraces will negate the bonus provided by the staff). preferably, use water staff since water runes are popular among members on ancients :thumbsup:

sara strike temporarily lowers prayer claws of guthix temporarily lowers def flames of zamorak temporarily lowers magic in terms of which is "stronger," they all pretty much hit the same (max hit of 20 or 30 depending on whether you use charge or not)

it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep some food and/or antipoison in the top row

one is for a regular snake hide while the other is for a giant snake hide you get regular snake hide while doing tai bwo wannai cleanup and you get giant snake hide by using a knife with giant snakes during temple trekking

run around agility courses while making headless arrows? :? (then again that would be for fletching training in general...) i suppose you could be fletching in a crowded marketplace? when you high alch the bows, maybe you could do it while abyss rc'ing nats (if you don't mind the pkers)

i believe the fight caves will kill you quickly with very high level monsters :lol:

you can use it one time to light logs on fire (the result is a blue flame) supposedly, the fires created this way last longer and give more exp firelighters are untradeable btw

well you already have best outfit for mage...except for the ammy magic amulet gives +10 mage attack bonus as opposed to the power ammy's +6 mage attack bonus

you'd kill her faster without the rune armor on (it lowers your mage attack bonus) and less time spent there means less time worrying about the ice warriors :D problem is that until then you're gonna get hit hard by them maybe you should wait until you get splitbark or skeletal armor and then go in after her :?
