Mather. So you have cloaked jumpers now? What the [bleep]. Atoms stopping vibrating. Link? And way that you did this without the tech for it? I understand it might exist in real life, but that doesn't mean Kenya had it.
-
Well, it's now controlled by Norway, and various other people.
-
His explanation was it disassembles atoms into quarks. Basically, he's splitting atoms. Nuclear Fission. I doubt his machine can withstand that, much less reassemble the quarks again.
-
I still don't think your ridiculous atom maker would work. And it's not that it's uncommon, it's the fact that it probably couldn't exist. How does your machine make atoms from other atoms, by the way?

Fission is what we are using IRL now to cover most of our needs, we are discussing fusion. Most of the research is done, I just completed it, that takes no more than a few years. Some thousands drones and jumpers vs 2 warships and 4 flying factories. Why do you guys always think that size matters. Because in my 2 warships I have ohh 2,000 fighters combined and I am sending them at you the warships are the praetorian and the archon (your puddle jumpers dont have weapons from what I have seen) the are armed with railgun's ion cannons (judging by pies rifles i should be able to use these for planetary bombardment) and some fusion nukes (dusty I have had a very large surplus) the frigates are armed with ion cannons and railguns they can repair my ships in between battles. Or we could ignore this and you can admit that you dont have fusion for another hundred or so years. I have hot fusion, not cold, I never said I had cold. Fusion alone normally means hot fusion and that we are close to having an efficient version of IRL. And my jumpers have weapons; drones that can be both controlled or auto-homing, these can, and will, smash through fighters and hulls in order to do a lot of damage before activating their jahrium payload to do deal their final blow. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH So you have drones that contain imaginary metals! Is your planet filled with unicorns to? Nope, sand. Jahrium is a radioactive mineral that in in many ways resemble plutonium exept it is stable and more potent, I only have one gramm of it in each drone. And when did you say you had this? (I think never is the correct answere) A few days ago, that was the first diary-research I did, you can ask ross and I think sere if you don't believe me. Also, you said it has like 294 protons. Good luck with that, the atom with the most we've found has like 114 and is, if I remember, incredibly unstable. There is no way one with 290 or whatever would be common enough that drones could have a gram of it, or would be stable.

I have no idea why you did that when we know today that lasers are the best for normal, and I only reseached hot fusion. So you're saying that you have technology with a new race (I know you have the tech from your old civilization, but you never had fusion) on a tech that wasn't finished, and was never continued since the game started, and the US was blown up, along with any research stations in it. Starting from scratch, even if you know that we use lasers will still be decades of work.

Mather, that's not exactly right. Fusion puts out a ton of energy, heat or not. That's why if cold fusion was created it would be a huge deal. The reason why cold fusion is hard is because in order to smash two atoms together, the protons need to not repel eachother. This takes millions of degrees of heat, at that temperature the protons move around crazily and can smash into eachother. Either way, I've spent 80 years on it with a huge budget, and haven't finished yet, you've spent like 2 with a tiny budget.

I think he meant that our solutions to "bypass" the laws of physics change, as do our view towards them. Black hole canons are even theoreticaly impossible as the gravity caused by the mass density required for a black hole would rip your ships apart miles avay from the mass itself thus unabeling anything to move/touch the physical mass of it. Because IRL research on it is being done by the U.S., therefore it is basicly just to continue where they stopped/succeded thus drasticly lowering research time. Or are you talking fusion bombs, as I'm using nuclear fusion power not explosives. Fusion bombs are easy. You started over, you have nothing from the US. In the US we are still decades away from a breakthrough at best. Also, you have a tiny budget, and I don't remember you researching it at all. You better read some of my posts again as I said I would relocate and change species but not techs, that's why I never got any starter techs. And fusion power is almost fully researched IRL as it started as part of the Manhatten Project, thus leaving almost no reasearch time for us. :P Uh, no it's not at all. So far we've found no way to control fusion, and it takes up way more energy than it puts out. You've already been crossing the line so many times with made up physics and stargate crap, don't push any further. You don't really know anything about fusion do you? Either way, are you at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the US?

Finding other ways around doing almost the same thing without breaking any physical laws, that's what bypassing them means. Lol! I thought you meant "Skip past physics", which would be impossible. Finding another way to obtain the same effect is fine, as long as it doesn't use SUBSPACE FOAM to power things or anything that includes stargate in any way shape or form. Subspace foam actually exist, don't say I can't use the zero-point energy from it just because it has a silly name. If you mean quantum foam, which is the closest thing I could find that has the word foam in it, that's a theory, and it wouldn't help you.

Mather, there is no way you could have finished fusion in like 4 years. I've spent the past 80 years or so on it. Literally. From day two. Dusty, I really don't know who has what since there's been a lot of posts. Can people say what the colonies they have that differ from the first post are?

If we could channel the power of McGyver, we would have had ftl from page 1.
-
I don't really understand how your missiles magically disarm other missiles. Or why an acid missile would be even slightly effective. Also, creation of mass/atoms and all in the way you put it breaks the laws of mass conservation.

Plus his slaves are lightyears away. It would cost hundreds of times more to bring them to earth than to buy the slaves.

The electrons aren't going above the speed of light in what you're talking about, because it's impossible. They're going above the speed of light in a vacuum, the speed of light is not a constant for all environments. It's higher in nuclear reactions, and lower in water.
-
... No.

Whoever was doing plasma windows, bending them is beside the point. It's creating them that's the hard part. I think I'm pretty much the only one with the technology to do it without cutting off power to my entire nation.
-
I liked it. They could probably do a sequel if they wanted too.

Walka owns about 1/4th atleast, Dusty owns probably 1/5th. I own a bit over 1/4th. Sere/dungeon probably own another 1/4th. Rocco, I don't think your ships are that practical, and they might not be able to pierce some ship's hulls, but whatever.

Now that I control Canada, production of a few sets of habitats is gonna start there. Once spaceship production slows down, I'm gonna invest 1/2 of my overall surplus into the following things: Fully mechanizing/robotizing as many aspects of production as possible. Using what nanotechnology I already have for medical uses. And overall improving the quality of life (and thus gdp) of all my citizens. EDIT: Dusty, nigeria isn't empty yet. There are still like 248 million people there.

There's no hide button, you have to type in [hide](text)[/hide] Cutting oneself doesn't mean they're suicidal. Sometimes it's just a way to let pain out. I wouldn't do it, but I know it's not the worst thing possible. I hate to say it, but there's really not much you can do. I really can't give you much advise, but I wish you the best of luck.

Basically, it's a coil of electromagnets, that activate in sequence, and they speed an object up to like 4000 m/s or more (or less). Wikipedia will be better than asking me though. Mather, for god's sake, your only argument is that there is no conversion between heat and energy, and so on. Heat is so directly related to energy, and yes there is a way to convert heat to energy directly. You can't make 1 degree Celsius more efficient.
-
I don't really think it's possible because the heat will melt everything it touches, so recycling isn't really possible. Plus it will take a very, very long time to research. Dusty, sorry about the mix up with yggdrasil. I was given a list of systems, and it listed that as 8ly away. I'll fix it when I can. New rule, if you want to change a planet name, you have to take the list from the first post, and edit whatever you want changed, and I'll put it back in.

Oh I forgot to mention, the most recent Earth map is on the first page, in the map section.
