Geothermal research has been completed, and is starting to be used on the majority of my habitats. This will supply my people with about 80% of our required energy, for most utilities, and transport (Transport mainly being automated public transit, with a few private vehicles) The exterior of my building is complete.

Actually, the technology isn't there, for a fusion trigger, or a non fission trigger, and we never agreed on that completely anyway. In any case, a lot of the Habitats in Aetherian US are nearing completion. We expect within 15 years all of our American territories will be fully completed with Underground Habitats. It depends. I spent some time in Sweden a year or so ago, I was thinking of there, but I haven't totally decided. Fusion bombs with a non-fission trigger don't leave fallout, so I'd be ok with it for intergalactic warfare. Maybe we should have some sort of Geneva convention for space. Like how the Geneva conventions are followed (in general) by most warring countries, we wouldn't have to follow them, but it would be bad if people didn't and it might cause diplomatic/militaristic retribution.

Plasma shielding requires a high powered reactor that only I have, I think. That would cost a lot. And take a long time to research. I thought Ross said only he could make ARC cannons. I find space to earth missiles not too useful, since we don't have nuclear weapons. Building a spaceship that large with only one facility is really hard. It would take atleast 10-15 years to make, and probably 1-2 trillion. Each of my battleships cost 1 trillion, with a space elevator to get resources up, lots of asteroid mines, gas harvesting ships, and 12 space stations for production above Earth alone, which definitely lowers costs. I think I have the most experience with ships, since me and Norway were the ones with the original space program.

I don't know where a map of mars colonies are right now, but let's say you're in a temperant zone (Mars was terraformed), and you have fairly large deposits of iron, and silver in your area.

Or, barring that, you can join in as a colony on mars with maybe 10 million people or something. You'll start with decent technology too.
