Yes, you'll hit higher more often with a higher magic bonus, but it doesn't appear to be as affected by magic bonus as other spells.

Unless it was done with the varrock update, canifis itself has had a makeover. The buildings at least (the bar looks very different) do and the werewolves are the best looking dogs in this update. *Goes and kicks dogs in varrock*

Runecraftings gonna be tough, mabye the end scene from the Fifth Element (best i could think of lol) Smithing could use the scene from A Knight Tale where she makes his armour. Impressive looking monsters.

My main focus on training was orientated around CW. Hence 99 def and magic to improve my game (and my soon to be 99 hp and eventually 99 range). I train other skills to break up the time and keep my total at a reasonable level so i don't appear to be a "noob". I generally enjoy most skills but i find some tedious (mining, gone from 58 - 62 in a year, go me \ and agility, did it with a friend, 53 - 60 in 6 months). Saying that, i only got high agility/craft/farming for quests which benefited me (roving elves, lunar, fairy tale pt2).

Imo, your estimates are waaaaay low. The dark bow requires 90 slayer to get, and even after a while it won't settle at that low a price. The dragon darts and arrows will probably be obtained in small amounts so to get a good sellable amount (ie. 100, 500, etc) it'll probably be a fair bit of work.
