Pest control is the best for any kind of combat exp. If your too low of a lvl i would say moss giants.

Best range xp I can think includes loads of red chinchompas at PC.

It's probably Cannon + Chinchompas at Dagannoths. With Cannon + Crystal bow there I was getting ~100k xp per hour I believe. Then again, that was at 98 range =P

personally, crystal bow and some decent knives work fine for me. i just dont care honestly, ive got 37k iron knives and now with the backpack... ape atoll rangeing isnt that bad. turn on pray melee, and hawk eye or whatever and i pot my range.

Perhaps I interpreted this incorrectly, but are you asking for advice on the best place to train range? If so, this would be far better situated in the General Help & Advice forum. Locking this since it appears that you have gotten several good answers already.
