Only difference here is preference of style. Personally I like the rugged look of the fighting boots, plus they look like armored boots (bronze, iron boots, etc)

Yeah, I personally prefer Zombie Boots over both. (I'm wearing Fighting now for the defense bonus, never know when a rock golem could show up.) But that's not the reason this topic was made :wink:

Fighting. More down to earth. I alternate between leather and fighting depending on what I am doing. Mainly because of the stat breakdowns.

fighting boots because they normally match all the armours but the fancy boots are bad because they dint match any armour

Whenever I'm on my f2p skiller or I'm f2p pking.. anything on f2p. I'm wearing my colorful boots. 8-)

god i hate walking round f2p and seeing absolutely every person wearing these stupid stripey boots, makes them all look so nooby....so i pick fighting, which still looks nooby, but at least not as many people have them..

I like fighting boots. They look alot better than fancy boots. I wonder why so much people like them.. I see them everywhere.

As far as im concerned, the only reason ppl wear the fancy boots is because their easier to notice. And rs is all about having the most flashy items. I like the fighting boots way better. Looks just fine with my sara and nice in rune for pking. Wat kind of "tough" pker fights wearing rainbow colored boots?

I'd stick with white boots, but I'd have to choose fighting boots out of the 2 because i just don't like the fancy boots.
