Fenworth0
Hello everyone. I'm sorta new at this so if I posted this topic in the wrong section lemme know. Okay, so lately I've been workin' on getting that lovely white cape. Currently I have 211 qps and some odd 16 quests left. I have a question I'd like to ask quest cape owners or soon to be quest cape owners. What did you find to be the hardest quest? What was that one quest that really got your shorts all bunched up? I've read that Mourning's Ends Pt. 2 is a real doozy. Did you think so? Also, I would appreciate it if you could please post the reasons as to why whichever quest you choose is the hardest; tough beastie, hard maze, difficult skill raising, etc. I eagerly anticipate what you guys have to say. pmg i haz 99 mage
Abyssalwhip
Yeah I'd also have to say mournings end pt2 is the hardest, DT has the hardest fights but this quest is fun, same for RFD. Use general help & advice next time though. Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that..... Celt23
Recipe for Disaster - Really long with lots of requirements + some very hard monsters at the end and you cannot use prayer.

PSOfr33k
I dunno why people hated Mournings End Part 2, I liked it lol. Granted, it was EXTREMELY frustrating because it was so long, but it was really rewarding when I was done with it >_<. You DO NOT need 70 Agility or whatever people tell you you need, however; I did it with 56 (and lobsters to boot!)
Coandca5
MEP2 Is just hype. I finished it in under an hour

Fenworth0
i hate recipe for dasaster. LOL Ppl keep saying that but I found it to be rather easy. The end part with the beasties was a little difficult but tolerable. pmg i haz 99 mage

Abyssalwhip
MEP2 Is just hype. I finished it in under an hourIs lying fun? It took me 10 hours with a guide without any mistakes... Mind backing this up? If you could finish it in under an hour why is it a master quest. Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? hatebringer
well, i don't have the requirements for RFD, so i don't know yet, but MEP 2 is tough, and i would say that you should get that out of the way, then the rest should be a breeze, depending on what you have left 99 Fletching 99 Attack 99 Constitution 99 Cooking 99 StrengthGamertag: H8tebringer
Kaphias
I'm not much on quests, but MEP 2 is the one that looks the hardest so far. 8,325th to 99 Firemaking 3/9/08 | 44,811th to 99 Cooking 7/16/084,968th to 99 Farming 10/9/09 | Runescaper August 2005-March 2010Tip.it Mod Feb. 2008-Sep. 2008 | Tip.it Crew Sep. 2008-Nov. 2009
icecube
I've finished all except the couple new ones. Those don't seem difficult though. I'd say ME2 was the most frustrating if not the hardest as well. Definitely takes a while to do, even with a guide. RFD I thought was easy. I'd say DT was harder than RFD. everfreefire
MEP2 wasn't incredibly difficult, just tedious. In all honesty, the quest that I found the hardest was Devious Minds, because it was hard to get my smithing level that high :XD: In all honesty though, from your stats, it looks like you shouldn't have any problem with any of the quests. None of hte fights were that difficult once you realized the best way to get through it (Which seemed to me was rarely melee-ing the enemies.) Fenworth0
I'd like to thank everyone for posting on this topic. Your info has been very helpful. :D At this point, only MEP2 and getting the final required stats up are the remaining difficult things. Hopefully MEP2 will go as easily for me as it did for some of you guys. Thanks again. (I'll still check this topic in case anyone else has more info to post.) : pmg i haz 99 mage
djp2rr
I found most quests quite enjoyable... It is the quest requirements that I found most frustrating: Smithing for Devious Minds... Agility for ME pt2... Herblore/Farming for FT pt2... Sure there were more, just the ones that come to mind now.
celebelian
I'd have to say the most annoying (and therefore hardest for me :P) quest was rat catchers... took me more than an hour to get through the mansion #-o Damis was a cinch next to that :wall:
transcript80
* Rat catchers: frustrating mansion! * Devious minds: 65 smithing :wall: thank you dwarven stout (m) * MEp2: LOOOOOOOOONG but not very difficult, sometimes frustrating. No 70 agility required, I did it at 60-ish. Agility pots FTW! * DT: hard bosses: the vampire guy nearly killed me, TWICE! Ecto FTW! But with the right supplies it's very well doable *RfD: Long, some hefty requirements, end bosses without prayer! :ohnoes: Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... sam10187
DT is more annoying than hard. I've killed Dessous and Damis, and all you need is a faceload of prayer pots for Damis (he drains absurdly fast), and a single prayer pot and plenty of food for Dessous. Freesia
One small favour is a really annoying quest Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
dibusta
i founded all quests easy to do But i hated haunted mine the most ::Proud Owner Of The Quest Point Cape::
PhelimReagh
Haunted Mine and Fremennik Isles were the scariest for me, both requiring me to one-click tele out before eventually beating the quest. Contact! was a bit of a close third, as you can suddenly get hit for a lot of damage really fast against the boss and it's cohorts. I found Underground Pass to be the most tedious. Because when you failed an agility leap there, my God, it was like 5-10 minutes to get back to the point where you failed. And I failed a LOT. What's more, it's so far out of the way, you feel compelled to get it all done at once. There are some quests where you yell at your computer screen: this was one. Pyrex
In my opinion you shouldn't look at which quest is hardest... Just go for it without a guide as early as possible. People who say a quest is a pain have probably used a guide for help and it's just a walkthrough where you'll just wait for it to end. Try it without a guide and throughout the quest you will get more kicks for getting something right! But then again... Returning to some quest area might be very annoying, like my last Haunted Mine trip.
