The Roman tortoise formation won. :P (We broke into groups, then our teacher stood at the other side of the room, like an enemy. We marched towards him and he shot silly string while our classmates threw st00f. It was fun.) A little more on-topic: I support anything that saves innocent lives. If I understood correctly, that's what they're using silly string for. Other than possibly financial issues or embarrassment, I see no reason why it shouldn't be allowed.
