I think the rarest accounts are the people who have lots of phats, masks, santas, half wines, stuff like that and quit. Imagine how much money they could make now by selling all of that!!!!

I've heard about some guy that got 99 prayer, then used Pest Control to get 99 in all other stats, thus remaining 10 hitpoints. That's got to be a pretty exclusive achievement, although replicable with a lot of hard work.

you can also use RSC... you could train atk and str and def and stuff without training your hitpoints.

you could only train your atk without training your hitpoints in rsc... >_>and for just 40 atk you already needed like 100 wines or something (training on dummies) and for the rest you just got hp xp
