May 3, 200719 yr I have just raised my constrction to 41 but i think 34 is enough for quests (maximum guide says 34 is highest needed for quest) just wondering what's good about getting construciton high? I am currently lv41 and have 1.7k oak planks in bank. As far as i know, when CS is high you can make teletabs.. for farming, I guess it's good to collect herbs...etc if u have high farming? (my farming and hunter skills are both lv4 by Guthix tear minigame  ) and hunter i have absolutely no idea.. Thanks for any information!
May 3, 200719 yr You could make a fair profit power farming rannars but make sure you use super compost I attempted to launch a fart, only to have it get stuck between my cheeks.
May 3, 200719 yr just filler skills, like all skills. non of those are amazingly practical, take const, after 55 it looses it practicality. and hunting? well just to show that you did it. of course with hunting you could make $ and other natural resource items such as chinchompas and whatever, but construction after you get armor repair stand its only for showmanship farming however makes some people considerable amount of $.

May 3, 200719 yr totally incorrect, the armor repair stand is not the only use for construction. The first and biggest one is the guilded alter, which gives you the fastest method to train prayer in the game. Another use is the ability to make tele tabs, these are increadibly usefull in many situations. The portal chamber offers some opportunities in two different ways: First, if you don't have your normal teleports with you (like if you are on ancients) this will be a solution for you. One good example is using lunar magicks to use the NPC contact spell and then use the tele tabs and portal chambers to access all the regular teleports and make sure you get to the slayer task fast. Another use even more common this time is using the canifis teleport portal without having to switch to ancients. This affects anyone doing barrows as they will be able to get to canifis much faster without having to be on ancients. There you have it. 3 ways in which construction really makes a difference. There are a few others (mounted glory, method that helps in rcing) but I wanted to point out that making an awsome house is a lot of fun and seriously shouldn't be overlooked. You can have lots of fun making parties for you and your friends, and after all that's the ultimate goal in rs. 76th to reach 99 Construction on 6th of February 2007379th to reach 99 Runecrafting on 4th of November 2007 Finally the secrets of goal achieving are revealed! (give my guide a read :^_^: )

May 3, 200719 yr oh boy :) Construction: thats the best phat in game :). also gilded altar, teleports, teletablets, cheap armor repair, place to display your achievements. Yes it does cost a lot and gives no cash in return but i personally think this is the best skill in runescape. Farming: em tons of herbs? u need power thru and do not wait besides to patch, unless you want to go crazy and bored. 10 minutes ever 2 hours to get 30+ herbs. Also amazing money maker with rannar and snaps. However herbs are not most efficient way to lvl but it adds up. Also at high lvls you can plant mage trees close to bank. Hunter: I hate that skill but ... it gives great range exp if you use red chinchompas (sp?). still it's prolly the one skill where you're not guaranteed exp for your actions. i had blind times when i had to reset traps etc and have no exp for it because those creatures only trigger but don't go in. 1500+ total 89 cmb; 1600+ total and under 93 cmb. 02/04/07 reached all skills 60+ under lvl 90 cmb. 07/19/07 reached all skills 70+ at lvl 93 cmb.Prayer is good for herbs

Also a big thanks to all fanstastic people who provided their precisous information
May 3, 200719 yr construction has lots of uses. but its also GREAT FUN. building a house and slowly adding new rooms to it and making it huge! also inviting friends over and fighting in the boxing ring :D

I build the guilded altar...and what do I do? could you also explaion a bit further on hunter? what level and what do I need to prepare to hunt red chins for fast ranging xp? For gilded altar you need 69 construction + crystal saw and teak shelves (i) with butler and about 2 mills for marble blocks and gold leaves. i got my pray from 61 to 67 in about 4 hours using alter. it's insanely fast Hunter. u need 4 trap boxes and 63 hunter, and patience. well they drop pretty good, but i'm hunting atm them and i hate it, but i only need few more lvl's and will laid hunter to grave for rest of my rs career. 1500+ total 89 cmb; 1600+ total and under 93 cmb. 02/04/07 reached all skills 60+ under lvl 90 cmb. 07/19/07 reached all skills 70+ at lvl 93 cmb.Prayer is good for herbs

May 3, 200719 yr Constuction has heaps of uses, the most popular being gilded alter. Prayer is good for herbs Hunter is good for chinchompas, best way to train range. May 3, 200719 yr and to get to your required hunter level for catching chinchompas you need to do the following: 4-15: do crimson swifts. 15-27: ruby harvest 27-63: ferrets/spotted kebbit/dark kebbits and there you go from 63-99 you can catch all the red chinchompas you want (you would collect enough to sell for about 23m). signature your as this use backwards this read to enough smart were you if^^^^read backwards^^^^ http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=113&t=757562&p=6009903^^^^The Best Melee Training Spot In The Game^^^^ http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=786213^^^^The new Bandits^^^^ even i have the misfile craze!!!
May 3, 200719 yr don't forget @ lvl 71 hunter u can catch imps, for pking, maybe barrows?, fire giant ranging etc
May 3, 200719 yr There are tons of good things with construction. Free bank space! The costume room can hold tons of costumes and capes. Prayer altar for recharging prayers. Also a gilded altar gives 250% more xp when burying bones. Portal room. Great for teleporting to places quick without using runes. Workshop Repairing barrow armor at reduced costs! (also all kind of mold spawns and tools spawns) Teletab creation in study room. To mention a few of the great things construction offers! 21 lag piles, 4 Pjs, 2 Party hat kills, 67 newbs teached.
May 3, 200719 yr I have 63 construction, not knowing how on earth I could make profit out of it. That was never my intention. I just liked construction. I like having a house, worth more then most people have on their banks. Just something noone else can have. (unless you want to exactly copy my house) I love being in my house. At the moment, I have the best lecturn, 2 portal rooms, a costume room (best one) and a lovely altar. Not gilded, but it recharges pray points, that counts. I love to use my house. I love to be in it. For hunter, I have never liked that skill that much. I guess the outfit is good. I use the spotted capes a lot! So that is a use. For farming. Not a skill I was made for, but a very good skill by itself! If you can get the seeds (Which are just to expensive atm..) then you are in! You have to be willing to spend some time on it to. But it is just a completely different skill then all of our other skills. The herb growing is just great and most will agree on this. Also, having your own trees all over Runescape is not that bad :
May 3, 200719 yr Different skills appeal to different people. Nothing in the game really means anything anyway b/c afterall it's a game. In the end it's what you have fun doing that is going to give you the result you want. Hunter helps with range and money. Constructions helps those with money to burn who want to set up a house they want to throw parties or just have friends over. Farming helps with herblore, which helps with potions, which helps with fighting and pking and what not...in the end though every skill just does one thing........keeps us from going outside
May 3, 200719 yr Construction - To make a cool looking house Farming - herbs and profit Hunter - heaps of profit.
May 3, 200719 yr I really have no idea, but I construction recently, and found out how...interesting it is! I don't think its boring, and I'm currently spending blindly on construction  Hunter is not very attractive to me but it is considered as one of the easiest 99 skill(if you are willing to spend the time).
May 3, 200719 yr Hunter brings the best ranged exp in the game and also has made me over 25m Please enlighten how u made that much money with hunter, or how u generally make money from it.
