Okay so here's what happened from what I seen. I'm sitting in my bedroom playing my DS I hear some arguing going on outside across the street so I check it out looking out my window.

 

 

 

I notice my neighbor David he owns a gunshop a few houses down like 3-4 houses down from me. Three black guys are arguing with him over a PARKING SPACE, he tells them to chill the **** out it's a parking space and park elsewhere and that he's going home. He exits his car and starts to walk away home when they start to attack the dude from behind.

 

 

 

They get into a scuffle and my neighbor just starts owning the HOLY HELL out of them for about 3-5 minutes. Finally they backed down and started walking away saying they'll chill out. David says oh your afraid now? You morons assault me and attack me, now you back down? What a bunch of cowards you are, here let me really scare you.

 

 

 

So next he pulls out this HUGE long gun similar to something you would see in a Dirty Harry movie and fires 3 warning shots straight in the air. Huge orange flames coming from the gun as he fires. He tells them not to move either cause he's calling the cops, sure enough seeing as he had a gun they didn't LOL.

I think it's illegal to shoot guns in a public area without justification. What your neighbour did was not awesome, both parties were in the wrong.

If he was "owning the Holy Hell out of them", I doubt he'd need to pull out a gun for any reason whatsoever.

a fight and gunshots? i gotta drive 20 minutes to a sideshow in east oakland and i see that on any friday or saturday night..

Minus the gunshots and you have my neighborhood any given night... I swear there is a 3-on-1 or 2-on-1 assault every night... Seems like it, anyway. And the police are at a neighbors a lot... I won't go into details on that, though.

 

 

 

I remember my neighbor (a 50+ year old woman) beat up a 20 year old guy for trying to put a rock through her windshield... Funny she could beat him up but couldn't go to work...

Noone was shot, I don't see the problem. Its just annoying that when someone mentions violence or guns in a thread here you get a half dozen quakers barking at you about violence being barbaric etc and lax gun laws when it is completely irrelevent.

And the point of bringing the gun out was to intimidate them. Yeah maybe it wasn't necisary but it was to make sure they didn't run away while he called the cops.

I don't understand why it was necessary to add "black guys" when describing the three people. I didn't see you say "white" or "black" when describing your neighbor, so why is it necessary to tag that on?

I'm not trying to turn the discussion in that way, but I'm just making an observation that I see pretty often and I don't see why we have to identify others in that manner. It seems bigoted.
