Meh, I entered the highscore tournament on GH.com expert guitar division. There are so many bugs with it right now it's crazy. No scores are showing up for anyone in expert, but hard, medium, and easy are working perfectly.

 

 

 

We had to play a 4 song setlist for the tournament: Beautiful Disaster, American Woman, Everlong, and Assassin. Managed to nail a FC on Beautiful Disaster and a -2 on Everlong for official scores. \ Think I got a -4 or -5 on American Woman just because of the delayed hammer ons. And I got a 94% on Assassin. I really can't alt-strum at all on that song. :wall:

I finally beat TTFAF on hard. Man I suck at this game -.-

How does guitar hero on DS feel?

 

 

 

I might buy it but idk if it's cool 'cus you don't "wear" a guitar like the 360 version

The scores in the tournament I entered finally updated. I was 14th earlier today, but last time I checked (5 minutes ago) I dropped down to 25th. I assume it's because everyone got home from school and played. Oh, well. I'm still pretty pumped that I did so well in the first place. I outplayed my expectations. :thumbup:

Oh that brings back memories. Like 2 years ago I remember getting my first FC. Strutter on easy, the PS2 version of GH2. I just lost that game recently, it freezes up on the set list everytime I play the PS2 version. I had every main setlist song FC'd on Medium on that game from a year and a half ago.

 

 

 

In time, you'll be able to FC songs on expert without a doubt!

I just passed One somehow, so all thats left for me on expert is RaBl and NotB

 

 

 

Even with SP I can't make it through mosh 1.

 

 

 

and on NotB I can get to about 34%, the intro kills my hand to the point to where I just like die. Its too slow to altstrum but too fast to downstrum :|

I have to downstrum so damn fast, my hands die right after the intro.

I still have to downsrum NotB. Once you build up some stamina and can make all the changes, it's pretty easy. I 5* it every time now downstrumming. 8-)

 

 

 

Now if only I could downstrum Assassin... (That song killed me in the tournament. I still can't 5* it. :wall: )

I wish my school would have a Guitar Hero tournament, or a co-op one would be epic. My friend and I would come in first easily.

My school is holding a tournament on December 11th, I am the only perrson in the tournament that can play on expert :?

What guitar are you using? WT or gh3? With the WT, i can play up to staright 16ths going only down with the wt tour guitar. Try using the arrow pad (tilit it left and right) you should be able to keep a steady rythm quite easily.
