Earlier I merely sat up a bit straighter and SP activated. Considering I can only do hard on drums it doesn't faze me a whole lot. Do they expect you to buy a double bass or just be prepared to use single pedal a lot more? It sounds nice for drums, the Expert drum tour on WT was soooo easy to beat, the only challenging part was the intro for Hot for Teacher, which wasn't THAT bad.

February 20, 200917 yr My guitar is breaking - the downstrum sometimes fails to register, sometimes it double-strums, and sometimes it's perfect. Also, since I opened the box, the whammy bar has been squeaking and doesn't stay in place. The downstrum also makes a creaking sound that it's pulling something when I strum. Any chance I can send it in and get a new one? How would I do so? I've had the game since Christmas, so I don't think my 90 days is up (if I get 90 days). EDIT: I think the downstrum problem may be related to the Reggae download tracks (Jimi, Sacrifice, and Your Face). Also, This is Wii.
February 20, 200917 yr So, after doing this: Which is in 6th/7th and included stupid mistakes (and absolute failure in VSR), I went back to Expert. My new guitar is definitely better for whammy... 10th/10th - Could get more, barely squeezed the last activation I had 2nd in this to Lo7, then APE went and got 1st on Wii, then glitched ticks were discovered. I dropped to 5th (though still 2nd on 360). Got back 2nd and could presumably get 1st, as I failed to tick squeeze the 4th activation and didn't get all of the available glitched ticks. About DWDTG: I haven't been working on it all that much, but the 868 notestreak was in Victory Solo - from the section before it starts into VSP. I have entirely lost consistency at the trill that separates the Devil Solos and Victory Solos, but my VSE consistency has gone up and VSR is randomly good or bad. I still can and plan to FC this at some point, but it will definitely take some work. A lot of work. February 24, 200917 yr ^Lol why? So today . . . I FC'ed the Cliffs of Dover intro!! But the first note of the verse intro is part of Intro Solo B, and I paused the game in excitement causing me to miss a bunch of crap when I resumed. Hence the 98%. So that pissed me off, and I went and did this: Epic failure at Intro Solo A, but at least I did B properly that time. Pretty sure I have a "technical FC" of the song now.

The red pads sensor wire fell of the sensor, me and my dad could of easily souldered it back on for perfect responses but he didnt want to so used the warranty to get a new one. I can only help you on the world tour songs since I haven't beaten TTFAF. Since I'm not sure exactly what your problems are for these songs, I'll just explain a few tips that helped me. For BYOB, my problem for the longest time was overstrumming. I was strumming way to fast. Try slowing down your strumming so you don't get penalized for all the overstrums. For Satch Boogie, I'm assuming that your problems are with the solo. Since these are slider notes, when I first tried playing it, I tried to slide every note. I soon came to realize, however, that pressing the regular keys made it much much easier. Also, hold on to your star power as long as possible, and try hard to get the star power notes during the solo. This helps very much in making it through the whole thing. Hope this helps some. February 26, 200917 yr I assume you're stuck on the TTFAF intro? Play it in practice at a slower speed, when you can constantly get 90%+ then move up the speeds until you reach full speed. Anyway, I can't wait for Guitar Hero: Metallica now, saw them live tonight and it was fantastic, makes the wait even more painful now lol. Hopefully by the time it comes out I'll have regained the ability to hear things.

February 27, 200917 yr On guitar what is a "squeeze"? Hitting the first note in a star power activation and activating the star power slightly late, and then "squeezing" in one more note before the SP runs out by hitting it early.
