Mollerz
Now that I can FC the intro I'm seriously working on an FC of CoD. I can hit every section semi-consistently except the outro solo, which I just suck unbelievably at. I -1ed the outro on my sightread run. Well, after I got the intro down. Mr_Adam
What do I do to send in my guitar? Do I need any papers? Where do I send it to? Help would be appreciated, since a few of you have pointed out that you've done this...

Srsly. If I skip that first triplet and start with the descending ones after it I can FC it through the end (if I don't screw up the last few notes.) Switching the direction my fingers go that fast just kills me.

I find sightreading really easy too, the second time I see something doesn't really make a difference to me. Click my signature for my blog! Infi
RB2 wii and GH:M wii are both coming out within a month of each other. this is the hardest decision I have ever had to make. Why not buy GH:M and buy all the apparatuses that come with it (including the double bass pedal) and then pick up a copy of the RB2 game stand alone? That way you'd be able to enjoy both worlds. 99 Hits, Attack, Strength, Defence, Mage, Summoning, Slayer, Ranged, 96/99 Prayer

I haven't heard of any near me at all. It would help to have an arcade though... When I was gone, I got a ton of things, here are some that I remember off the top of my head TTFAF 5 star Raining Blood 5 star (lol) Raining Blood Flood! + Mosh 1 FC Slash Guitar Battle Blues Buster FC Afterlife Solo D FC Action FC Master Exploder FC Thrasher (Drums) Gold stars Cliffs of Dover FC Countless Number of the Beast Chokes... >_> Sleepwalker Solo 2B 80% FC Just some random stuff. And what's talk about Saidin maybe FC'ing DWDTG??
DarkDude
It's only on Hard saidin is close to FCing it. And not really near me, went to London today and they had one there, it's stupid though. Basically Guitar Hero 3, but without half the songs and to get some good ones (CoP, KoC etc.) you had to pay 17 credits? Which made no sense to me :s Also the guitars have no whammy bar so auto whammied for you (and sucked at it). Was weird playing without hyperspeed too, but got 2 FCs with it(FC'd Helicopter there too)

I find it tough switching between RB and GH even thou i have every single game possible :. Square buttons are harder to distinguish how fast to strum sometimes if youre used to circles lol and the HOPO system on RB2 takes me a good week of playing to get up to the standard i am at on GH4 HOPO. If i was in your shoes if get GH:M but thats because i am a metal fan aswell ;) 1593th to 99 Farming - July 08.
Jaziek
I'm veering towards RB2 because you'll get SO much more bang (camaro) for your buck. Metallica has less on disc songs and no dlc at all. And with breakneck speed and a good guitar, I'm not gonna feel crippled like I did playing RB1.
DarkDude
I got a Guitar Hero DS and On Tour for my birthday today, it's actually quite hard so far. Well, the fretting is simple but the strumming is annoying to get the hang of.

Well, the fretting is simple but the strumming is annoying to get the hang of. Really? For me I thought the fretting was harder then the strumming. It might have been because I had to use my left hand to fret when in normal GH I use my right hand though
SaidinWoT
runescapeloser, how do you have a Flood! FC and Afterlife Solo D FC and only just got TTFAF 5*? o.O Are you just that good at tapping/that bad at TTFAF, or am I missing something? >_< It would seem you are pretty good at tapping though, which means you'll be able to do plenty of stuff I probably never will - I've never really mastered tapping that wasn't at the beginning of a song, except in certain trills that I could one-hand but am too lazy to... Maybe it's a coordination issue. Anyways, a few weeks ago I bought myself a nice 1080p 22" monitor for my computer, and just this week I bought a new Xbox and the HDMI cable. GH has never looked so wonderful before. Still adjusting to the size change for Halo, but it seems that monitor size and aspect ratio barely affects me in GH. Either way, I haven't played in a few days. Add your blog to the BlogScape Index!SaidinWoT can now be tracked easily on weekends - Erm, maybe when I start playing again.Levels do not measure intelligence OR maturity. Nom
I fail at tapping too. The only thing I can tap effectively is the CoD intro. It requires tapping one button >_> Although I can do the trills on Satch Boogie. Wait, that only requires one button too. And no elbow-strumming. Not like, go to fast overstrum, I just always forget to stop #-o Also since I was banned for two months, the TTFAF five star was like towards the beginning. Afterlife was a little over a week ago, and Flood! was 3 days ago, lol. EDIT: Which is why a Raining Blood FC will never happen, I can't FC the other parts of it for my life, besides the intro. bongo_man
I'd be lost without tapping :-# , although lately I've been trying to rely on my left hand alone and it seems I'm improving as I FINALLY FC'd 'Cult of Personality' from 'Start Soloing' - 'Don't Stop Soloing' in practice, twice :D ! The FC is possible, but whenever I go into real runs I keep missing the infuriating GROGRB pattern followed by those two strums... Ah well, is anyone else buying GH:M? I've thought about it for awhile, and though I'm not really a fan of expansion games I'm almost definitely going to get it. I'm aiming to be the first to FC the game on Bass, although I'm hoping it provides more of a challenge than GH:WT did. Here's the link to the Slayer vid You only see the chart about 3 times, and it's in the beginning of the video- the rest is just watching the people play. sibmaster
I was just on GH: WT, and i did the 'Tool' "Gig" for the first time, i have to say, what a load of crap! 3 songs that bored me to tears, with awful singing, and a background (while i was playing) that drove me insane. Tbh i would hardly call that a gig -.- By the end of it i was desperate to play an upbeat song that i can enjoy. Smashing Pumpkins Fan?
