You are a Cabbage

Featured Replies

I remember when insults used to be replaced with cabbage, I think it would be fun to replace insults with cabbage again.

"I called my friend on the phone"

-> "I called my friend on the cabbage"

Anyone knows why they stopped using cabbage? It was insulting for the cabbage?

Since when is phone an insult?

Fads come and go.. Some people still do that..

The CCLU filed an injucture.

Black as midnight, Black as pitch, Blacker than the foulest Witch.

I think people replaced swear words with "cabbage" because of the presence of the OoC (not in a bad way though :wink: )

I found it to be amusing! :)

Example: the last update was a complete pile of [cabbage]

If Tip.It was to make the word cabbage replace actual swear words, it would be very funny :lol:

Pretty much what Dragon said.

Thread terminated.

I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator?

Ever since Jagex, on their great throne of wisdom, decided so.

In the filter they used to replace **** with cabbage i think. Would be much better, people wouldn't use swears as much cos they'd look stupid calling someone cabbage.

What cabbaging kind of idea is this for a thread? you cabbages..

O:)

Oh contrare, the filter was first used far back in the beginning of the game, way before the OoC was even thought of.

Yes I am a cabbage... got problems with that? :XD:

The in-game chat filter would actually be quite entertaining if it replaced filtered words with word of equivalent length AND the equivalent word has to be some sort of fruit or vegetable.

Four-letter profanity replaced with [pear].

Five-letter profanity replaced with [peach].

Six-letter --> [carrot]

Seven --> [cabbage]

Eight --> [mushroom] (yes, it's neither a fruit nor vegetable but eh)

They censor it so people can't say "tell me your phone number" etc

Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool

I would love to see this put back in... It was amusing. I used to get called a cabbage all the time... Silly people.

If you want it to come back, just start using it again.

Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, your commodity drops in value.

I always wanted to see the old filter.

"Hello you cabbage"

"Who the cabbage do you think you are?"

"The cabbage that cabbaged your cabbage mom."

It'd be hilarious to watch 2 of those -50 IQ people fight.
