gdawg1512 Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 First of all I'd like to commend jagex on the great job they did, they're game plays almost perfectly, almost. :? I'm a big time pker, so even the tiniest lag can end in disaster for me. However, lately, I've noticed a lot of hic ups and some downright BIG lags that seem to be shared by other players, especially on the more crowded worlds. :| Anyone Share this experience? Completly true, but I have actually also noticed that the game connections has been a bit worse than it uses to be lately. honeo Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 For about a month last year the lag was so bad in RuneScape I wouldn't even play. But now it's fine. I have not been having problems lately. The funny thing is, my hubby will be online playing Runescape at the same time as I am (we have two computers connected to our hi-speed line) and he doesn't lag at all. Then 20 or so minutes later, he lags so much he almost dies and mine isn't lagging a bit. I'm a married mother that plays RuneScape. Got a problem with that? highlanders Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 Computer, internet = so long >.> Don't get me wrong, I never lagg, especially not with my great computer, very good graphics card, very good processor, high-speed cable internet. But even with that, computers, all computers, are all slow as hell. I have one of the strongest comp they had before vista. It's maybe just because Jagex uses more technology, wich means, take better computers to play, just like games we play on cds...
