June 13, 200719 yr What keeps you going? What is it about RS that keeps your rear glued to the seat? How did RS... get you? (Basically, say what you love about RS.) Hyt Chat FOREVERI have quit RuneScape. I have posted on the Leaving sticky saying so. Goodbye."Too late... my time has come... gotta leave you all behind and face the truth."~ Freddie Mercury ~

June 14, 200719 yr I want to get 1200 total then train some combat because it has gone more than a year since I trained combat... :XD: and Friends. :P
June 14, 200719 yr It started with me trying to get to top 200 F2P. I am still not there... But now its mostly the friends I have on the game. Of course, the top 200 F2P thing is still in the works, as well.
June 14, 200719 yr Because I've got friends, incomplete goals, newly started goals, and too many people still better than me :uhh: . YOU! ATTEND TET EVENTS! CLICK HERE!
June 14, 200719 yr It's a whole new world to explore. That's what keeps me glued to all games. [Admin Edit: Jagex Rule Violation]
June 14, 200719 yr I've never understood the whole "friends" argument. These aren't really friends, more like internet acquintences. I mean, most of you will never meet a single one of these "friends" in your life :| . Goals I can understand though; the sense of accomplishment is a logical reason for playing :-k . [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

People with fluffy pink avatars are generally expected to be nice.

Maybe in other areas of the internet, but through Runescape? Not exactly something that happens that much. June 14, 200719 yr love video games and i love a challenge.achieving that challenge is what keeps me hooked
June 14, 200719 yr I like working for a goal, the idea that you can work your way up slowly actually appeals to me, i dont want to be the greatest, im happy working with a dream towards being good. An example would be mage, i just got 94 mage but now i kinda wish i was 85 again, it was fun getting it up and after acheiving something you think "oh, lets try to find something else". At least i have millions of xp in melee + range to go. 8-)
June 14, 200719 yr Getting a stat to 99 kept me glued for quite a while (which I managed to get) & so did pking, but right now the game doesn't interest me as much. :-$ Thanks to WithTheQuickness for the sig!
June 14, 200719 yr Friends (which i need more off) and the wide range of stuff to do. Not like other MMORPG's when combat is the only thing that matters but here you can do so much more then just to fight.
June 14, 200719 yr I think the friendship bond is stronger than what many would think. I remember a guy who helped me out when I first started playing, and we eventually would team up in the game all the time. And a few years later, we met back up in Guild Wars. MMORPGS are also a great way to keep in touch with real life friends. I have some that I only get to see once a year, so this was a really great way to 'hang out' with them, even if it was on the internet. [Admin Edit: Jagex Rule Violation]
