Farming is just a waste of time for me, and construction costs WAAAY too much and is too boring. I don't train agility or herblore much, but the levels aren't too bad. In my opinion, my skills all rock because I only have 3 under level 80 and those are all over 76. It's still level 1, and I don't plan on ever changing that, unless some super important quest comes out that requires it (For instance, I was planning on leaving my farming level at 1, but when Swan Song came out, I need to get it to a certain level to do a quest that allowed me to start Swan Song.)
