Omar Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 Hey y'all, I'm thinking of Jagex hiring people making accounts made to walk around Runescape and report macroers, scammers, etc. I'm not sure if JMods are supposed to that, I doubt it, but this would be a good idea I think. Hunter Mods would NOT have a crown next to their names. They would have a skiller name (they're not supposed to train). That way, people would not notice they are hunter mods. They would be able to report without the 60 second limit. This could be costly to Jagex, but I think it's better than letting macroers and other rulebreakers wander around. Also I dont think your really supposed to hunt for rule breakers, but if you want to catch a bunch theres always a ton in lumby. You don't even get stars blocking it, you get a message instead. I think that it's a good idea, but they would really have to police the reports that come in from these 'hunters'. They could just walk up to a Yew tree, mass report everybody there, and go to the next tree. So the cost wouldn't just be in employing people to walk around reporting people, but having others behind the scene reading and checking into reports... And we all see how that is going already.
