July 6, 200719 yr So I have been planning this for a while. After I take a week vacation (starting 7/7/07 lucky me) Im gonna rc 26k natures. This will the final part of me getting ready for 99 crafting. Now to the point: Rate my setup. Got all this today, including the agility lvl and the santa picture. The plan is to range 2k blue dragons banking all the bones, hides, and good herbs. Shot at 2007-07-06 I will use the hides to pay for 70 construction and instale this quilded alter. Bought the supplies along time ago. Shot at 2007-07-06 And ill use the bones on it. Here is a random picture i toke today. My friend got a visage drop yesturday and bought this for visage + 1m. I frequently hit 14-16 shots, which would never happen w/o that +95 ranged bonus. now i disagree, i think less that 1% of the populus has worn a rare, counting f2p. Because 2k hides is nothing and he can't even make Blue D'hide. Nice setup 7/10, I suggest you go get 75+ range though if you want to kill dragons fast...

July 6, 200719 yr I have killed plenty of blues and blacks with msb, dark bow, and rune cross bow. Dark bow is not good to train with. If you really want to keep it for the specs. I would suggest using msb, or if the best thing would be a rune c'bow and a zammy book with steel or higher bolts. Goodluck. Getting another sig[removed]

I started along side a lvl 95 ranger with almost same setup, except he was using iron knives. We where the only ones there, both filed invo at same time, and tele almost within seconds of each other. I do admit that I tried using a rune x bow for a rune, and was amazed at its effectivness. 1 problem: 1k mith bolts = 170k. thats way to much. Sorry, just can't afford it. July 7, 200719 yr Yeah your ready, but dont bring sharks. Bring like lower lvl food, bucause most of the time you wont use it and you will end up droping it. So if you use sharks you waste some money. And leave the antifire shield out. Its useless. Other than that, your ready. 99 Pics - Range, Defence, HP, Attack, Magic, Strength, Cooking

I'm pretty sure that over 1% have worn a rare, could be wrong though

July 8, 200719 yr ^^^^^^^ what everyone said about having higher range lvl, dont believe em. I was killing em at lvl 44 ranging and now Im lvl 66 range. I do it all the time. Equipment doesn't even matter very much IMO. In fact, when I range, only thing giving me a ranged bonus is msb and I hit higher than when in full red. Idk why. Have you finished watchtower quest? If so, I'll range with you for a while in the ogre enclave. I've got a deal going with my friend trading hides for bodies :thumbsup:
