Here is the fairy at a larger size. I like it, but just not quite the same as the can, especially given I didn't use reference.

Nice fairy, the only thing I have against it is the face...Looks sort of like a mans face with the sharp features such as her nose, forehead, and chin. But still cool!

Thanks. Given that it was going to be tiny I didn't worry about facial details. I found out the hard way several times that if you do them they just look wierd when they are shrunk.

The fairy actually only took 20 minutes...but that can...err that can...took a long time. I am liking the air brush though. It is very versatile.

I haven't done anything on the current topics yet, but here is a landscape that I did just for fun. I just learned how to use Painter and am practicing with the airbrush tool. This is just a quick study in light and color.

Venomai - That's a very cool green piece, simple and nice. :)

Princessa - Awsome picture again, the BG may be a bit blank but it really doesn't matter. You should make a DA and post all of your work in one collection.

princessa9, really great work you've got so far. You're a great drawer :!:

Is "tranquility" holding a hair dryer?

Ah sorry, got the idea from tttia's new sailboat pic. Never got around to finishing the nose of the boat. :|

Since most of what I draw by pencil is just brainstorming for how I can later do it on the computer, I will sometimes have many different angles, distances, and details in seperate little thumbnail sketches.

Great work there Venomai! I really am liking those pencil sketches. The leaf was cool too, but the cleanness of the sketches was really good.

Princessa, nice work! Hope now that you have that tablet you will be cranking out stuff left and right.

Very nice Vonami!

I'd put some of my sketches out there, but they need editing and they may not be very Mod-Friendly....Sooo ya...

What do you use to color? It looks pretty basic, but very effective indeed..

I guess...Paint? lol I'm prolly very wrong tho

Quick note if I may, his teeth look very even and his eyes are pretty friendly :P Just if you were going to pursue it any more :D
