Players like different things in the game; some like to hit the highest they can using powerful armor, some like to spend all their money to get 99 construction, and some like to be a rock! I actually don't really care what type of rock I look like, as long as I get to trick people into thinking talking never-spawnable dragon ore rocks will enslave the human race. Really hit the nail on the head. :P It's fun using it in c wars when you have the flag because the attack option becomes right click. It usually takes people a while to figure it out. : And it was fun doing cape emotes as a rock, too bad Jagex had to take that out. to do it even faster: use the new F[insert number] hotkeys \ *psst* *shifty eyes* Put the ring in the bottom right of your inv Scroll your emotes list down to the bottom. Click your ring real fast, then emotes screen, then click your cape emote. You have to be fast, but a few tries and you'll get it ;)

July 17, 200718 yr I was at CW trying to sell some stuff and saw a guy with two capes - fishing and cooking (wow im impressed) using Ring of Stone. The ring makes u look like one of the old rocks once I has been mined. Can't they update the graphics so it looks like the current one with the veins in it? Why do idiots waste their money on it in the first place. This game was meant for fun, last time I checked.

I'm sure that I've seem the classic style in other places too... If I had enough money, I wouldn't buy a ring of stone, I would buy an uncut onyx, and then buy enough runes and dragon hides to craft and enchant my OWN ring of stone which would be obviously superior to everyone else's. Why do people spend time getting 99 skills while there is no real benefit after a certain level? Because this is a game, and it's meant to be fun. Okay? Some people do things to brag, others do things for fun. I personally respect those doing things for fun. Doing 'useful' things often means gaining levels, and in the end; showing up to pump an artificial ego. Some people train just because they like what they do, and that's what's important. It's ironic you say that because Runescape is a waste of time aswell. 'Why do idiots waste their 5 dollars a month on it in the first place?'

Last time I checked just because we choose to spend our money on something else others don't like doesn't classify us as idiots. mario, you are probably on the list for the top 50 most intelligent runescape players. that is pretty much why his post is a load of crap. besides, most of the people who buy those are extremely rich, when you have a lot of money you usually spend it on something you find fun, not useful. and if someone finds it fun, they should buy it. i don't see the big attraction but i'm not calling someone an idiot for buying it.
