I was at CW trying to sell some stuff and saw a guy with two capes - fishing and cooking (wow im impressed) using Ring of Stone. The ring makes u look like one of the old rocks once I has been mined. Can't they update the graphics so it looks like the current one with the veins in it? Why do idiots waste their money on it in the first place.

I actually like the Ring of Stone. I had a small collection back a while ago, and I even had a Suggestions Thread that was implemented in the game.

 

 

 

Even though you can be attacked while morphed, and you DO show up on the mini-map, I still love them. They're great for a bit of fun. :

 

 

 

I also don't mind the old graphics. Personally, I prefer the old rocks anyways.

And why do you care what people spend thier money on? If I ever had a lot of money to spare, I'll buy one myself. :P

I actually don't really care what type of rock I look like, as long as I get to trick people into thinking talking never-spawnable dragon ore rocks will enslave the human race.

 

 

 

Didn't jagex mention in an update that they were going to add some new features to the ring of stone? Or am I getting that mixed up with the pet rock?

Mario Sunny, I'm not sure about that, but I do know that in the Knowledge Base Jagex mentions that the Ring of Stone possess some powers unknown at the present time.

Really hit the nail on the head. :P It's fun using it in c wars when you have the flag because the attack option becomes right click. It usually takes people a while to figure it out. : And it was fun doing cape emotes as a rock, too bad Jagex had to take that out.

I loved the old rocks, the new ones look stupid. If I had one I would enjoy it, and it really is not your business what people spend their money on.

I have a ring of stone, havn't tried it in Castle Wars yet.

In CastleWars you can go near the rubble of rocks and put it on, fools some people, and Horse, ahahahaha funny avatar.

Personally i like the flashy pointless stuff like the santa and dragon. I've never worn barrows in my life even though i have 71 def.

Scroll your emotes list down to the bottom.

 

Click your ring real fast, then emotes screen, then click your cape emote.

 

You have to be fast, but a few tries and you'll get it ;)
