Well! Your answer lies with the Farming skill!

 

 

 

 

To make a fruit tree sapling (needed if you want to plant your tree) these are the steps required(replace papaya seed with Palm):

 

 

 

 

 

 

As you can see you will need level 68 Farming to plant Palm Trees, which when harvested will give you 6 coconuts each! OMG!
