Any thoughts on them? I know It's not much of a topic, but I was wondering when they were realeased. But my main thought is they're way to far apart! I mean getting from 60 to 70 prayer takes like an eternity from what ive heard. But at least theres a better reason to get above 55 prayer.

And getting to 70 prayer does not take long at all if you use a guilded alter, even if it's not your alter.

 

With all the supplies and my own alter I got from 55-70 prayer in a matter of a couple hours.

So what? Just level it up if you want it that bad. If Jagex wanted it like this, then let them be.

im level 94 and when i used a combination of chivalry and excalibur special i was all but untoachable. I was beaing people in duel arena raning from my level to a 101 that i powned.

Now it's usefull to have 52+prayer for membs. It increased to price of bones for f2p and membs alike so that's 50k extra. Kaching$

Ive always wondered when i would be able to hit over 50 with a whip, every time i tried i always hit 48 or 49 :evil:

Since I had 70 prayer before the new prayers i was extremely happy. Also seeing as i could use it right away (had to do quest of course) and that bones were skyrocketing.

 

 

 

I had a few good weeks of owning people 110-120 pretty easy. Also made kqing and owning karil in barrows a piece of cake.

When I finally decided to get 70, I headed off to W2 and fell for the b bones scam (it was the first time I'd ever bought them #-o). Feeling rather dejected, I went to barrows and found my 6.3M death pile. Thanks, random scammer :mrgreen: . So I made a over 1M by getting 70 prayer :shock: .

As I understand it (reading up on everything membs before going memb):

 

 

 

Ecto = 4x XP, but rather tedious.

 

 

 

Gilded altar with both burners lit = 3.5x XP (burners require Marrentil herb).

 

Gilded with no burners lit = 2.5x, one burner = 3x

if you browse in RSOF you'll notice a couple of people are hosting a guilded altar. go to their location and go inside their house. to get the exp, use the bone on the altar (with) the incenses fired. in order to light the incense, they use marrentils (the host usually does this) and bones used while the incense is lit, it gives an incredible amount of exp. if its not lit, then it gives a fewer exp. dragon bones used on guilded altar are 75% more exp then buried.

It can 1 day if you got all the gold to buy dragon bones,or up to weeks if you just start from 0,it all depends on your status
