Well it is actually a Face book event, but it is something that all people, from all countries, all over the planet can do. What is the point? To show acceptance and love to every other person. How is it done? By simply accepting and giving out free hugs. No strings attached, to anyone, from anywhere. Where did this idea come from? Well the Facebook event gives a bit of history, but a friend gave me this link to that shows just how powerful this kind of event can be. Rules? Don't force hugs. Just freely give or accept. Free. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself.
