Pwnage94
Table of Contents. Introduction, Preparation, Recommendations, How to get There, Hints and Tips, Conclusion, Loot. Introduction. Hello, and welcome to my first ever Runescape 2 guide. Please take the time to read this and rate/hate my information. Here goes... Please remember I am writing this for Melee users only. Preparation Firstly, if you want to kill these dragons I advise you take care and concentrate on your screen thoroghly, if you do not then your pixel friend could be on all fours and appearing in Lumbridge/Falador. :-w DO NOTtake a Cannon to the Dragons, your cannon will be fried into tiny little pieces. Uh oh. Recommendations I recommend level 85+ with 43+ Prayer. (this is a MUST have) Armour/Weapons: Best > Worst. Armour: Veracs > Proslyte > Initate > Rune. (Also Dragon > Rune boots) DRAGONFIRE SHIELD IS A MUST HAVE GUYS! Cape: 99 (t) > 99 > God > Obby > Legends > Freminick. Weapon: Verac flail > Whip > D Mace > D Scimitar > D Long > DDS. Ring: Wealth > Life > Fremmy > Recoil. Ammy: Fury > Glory > Power > Strength. Here is a good enough set up to get you 30 - 40 kills per trip. And here is the inventory that I use and get 30 - 40 kills at level 95 combat. How to Get there. Here is the map from Ardougne Bank to the docks to get to Brimhaven. Black: Bank to docks. Red: Docks to Brimhaven. Here it is from Brimhaven Dock to the Dungeon (At the gate you must pay 900gp to get in that's what the 1k is for) Now you are inside you need to get to the Dragons, make sure you put run on, and follow the path (12 Agility Needed) (Also need that axe here) Yellow Circle: Ideal for Iron Dragons. Red Circle: Ideal for Steel Dragons. Hints and Tips Dose up on 1 super strength, 1 super attack and 1 anti dragonbreath pot, protect mellee on and run to your desired location. With the information I have given you I can make 30 - 40 kills on 1 trip at 95 combat 55 Prayer. Conclusion This was my first guide, and I hope it comes of use to you all. Thank you so much. Xizor12
Take out the use of veracs, you lose money from the repair costs, initiate does fine. Plus, an antifire shield does just as well there as a dragonfire shield. Nothing new/exciting. LordoftheSquishies
ERm... your guthans... Is kind of worthless. Offense and pray are really the only things that count at irons and steels, sorry to break it to ya buddy. Look at my evidence of geekdom... MWAHAHAHA! qeltar
Unless they recently changed it, you CAN use a cannon there. It's just not really a good use of it. Pretty nice guide otherwise. ~q Qeltar, aka Charles KozierokWebmaster, RuneScoop - Premium RuneScape Information for Expert Players -- Now Free!Featuring the Ultimate Guide to Dungeoneering -- everything you need to know to get the most of the new skill! swordwindtrtrtrt
Verac flail as best wepon to use? You need to change it. Also theres no point in wearing veracs there at all, proselete does fine. Bad guide, and there are already many guides on this anyway. Cheezy_Power
Cape: 99 (t) > 99 > God > Obby > Legends > Freminick. You know that a 99 cape untrimmed is the same as an obby cape, right? Just a bit weird how the 2nd best, and 4th best capes have the same stats. I'm writing this purely without a notion of monetary value. High-alching that REALLY expensive item in my inventory looks more and more tempting with every beer I drink.

MidnightHarvester
Edited...sorry, I wasn't trying to hijack anybody's thread. Was just showing a unique method that could have been added to make the guide more unique. How much does an obby cost? 200-300k And skillcape is cooler and easier to buy. -- BTW, for MidnightHarvester, I think ur post is kidna hijacking, but idk. Also, how long ago was your vid made? That trick no longer works. I wasn't trying to hijack anyone's thread and sorry if it seems that way. I edited the post and taken out the method I use. There are many metal dragon guides out, and I wanted to give another method that exists for meleeing that I have never seen written out anywhere and that I have up until now only shared to a few friend. Maybe it's something unique that could be put into the guide to make it stand out. As far as this method not working anymore, I just made that video at the end of last week. The better you get at timing when to turn it on and off affects how much prayer will be drained. That's how I do almost all of my slayer tasks. Owned_Nex
Hmm I see...that was a widly known trick, but Jagax changed it so that now with the prayer delay, if you do that you don't get the protection of the prayer. But I might be wrong... Dungeoneering isn't a skill. I'm faster than bots at Sorceress Garden. PM me if you want to chat. My PM is always off. My keyboard is on fire. Want some? MidnightHarvester
Yeah I don't think I ever did that before the so called fix. It's always drained prayer when I do it, but if you get the timing down it just drains it extremely so, meaning one prayer point can last for a few dragons. I'm interested in knowing what it was like before Jagex fixed anything...did it just never drain your prayer at all?
