So someone supposedly leaked the Halo 3 ending onto the internet, i didnt watch it cause i dont have 6 monutes to lose, but i think it sucks that this was ruined for alot of fans, i wish people would just be patient

I found the comments to be hilarious. Nice to see that people are dumb enough to watch that even if it says 'Halo 3 ending' on several different places in the page, and then get all insulted about it.

I probably won't play it as I have never owned an Xbox, but it seemed like a good ending. Don't get why people are getting all pissy about it.

I like Halo, but I don't get to play it much since I don't own an Xbox. Looking forward to playing Halo 3 in a week or so at a friend's house. Don't wanna spoil it.

Most predictable ending in the world, it doesn't spoil anything. I'm not a halo fan but i guessed what would happen in that ending before I even watched it and I was right lol.

The only way someone can ruin the ending is by posting in the title of the topic "Masterchief does this in the end!"

 

 

 

Otherwise, there's plenty of warnings, and for a game antipicated as much as Halo #, it's inevitable that someone posts the end somewhere. If anyone doesn't want to read the end, just use common sense and don't click on anything that might reveal the end. Even so, it's really just a game, not a book where you read just to find out the end, I'd just play it for fun not the story :lol:

my opinion, it ends fairly well.. the video itself sucks because it was taken with a cell phone

 

 

 

so when im playing it in HD, with 5.1 surround im sure i can truly appreciate it

bungie isn't known to ever use pre-rendered cut scenes... but when i watched it, it looked so smooth and so graphically intense i couldn't believe it really, even when taken with a cell phone.

That ending was one of those that Bungie probably threw out. Most gaming companies make multiple endings, and throw the duds out. I am fairly sure that that ending was one of those that were abandoned..I doubt it's the real ending.

Im not 100% sure, but i think i heard on G4 that Microsoft approved the making of a Halo 4.

...and to think I paused nightwish for that.

I remember seeing somewhere that once Halo 3 was over, that would be the end of this story arc, not necessarily the series. Besides, Halo Wars isn't even out yet, and theres a massive story to finish in the books after the events in Halo: Ghosts of Onyx.

 

 

 

I reckon that there will be more games in the Halo universe after Halo 3, depending on what happens in that game.

 

 

 

As for this leaked ending, due to the games being leaked ahead of release date by retailers occasionally, its probably real. Bear in mind that Halo generally has multiple endings based on difficulty, and I doubt that someone would have blitzed the campaign on legendary difficulty this soon after the leak. As far as I can tell, there are still possibly massive surprises in store.
