Hey guys i was wondering how long does it take this skill to get too 99 from 63? does it take the same time as fletching, is it shorter, because if it is this will be my next 99, Thanks.

From 63 - 99 hunter if you do chinchompas, you need to catch around 48000 (rounded up).

 

 

 

If you aim for 1k chins a day, thats 48 days. 1k a day will be hard at first but you'll get a routine ;)

What if i played on average 5 hours a day? and say i started catching red chins at level 70 what then?

Any other opinions?

Go for chins, i started back in april and as it says in my sig, i got it on the 2nd of august so roughly 4 months. I took alot of breaks though so if you push yourself you could make it 2 months or maybe less. Good luck, hunter cape is hawt :D

The most I have gotten is 650? a day. Jagex recommends to take 15 min breaks also.

 

 

 

Now for 80+ 1k a day is possible.

Don't go for cooking just because it takes a shorter time than hunter :shame:

 

 

 

Hunter is more profitable than cooking, you can make a good 35-40mil by the time you're done. Besides, cooking skill cape is overachieved...yet then again, hunter is probably next in line :-k

Dude you have to be on 2 weeks straight (no school/work/life) to get it...

It would take a couple of months to get 99 Hunter. I started at 74, and was getting a level per hour. Now I am 80, and it has sped up once more. I suggest definitely having 70+ hunter before attempting red chinchompas.

Check out the number of people with 99 hunter. It is hardly over-achieved. I would say Cooking, Fletching, and Thieving are over-achieved. :roll:

red chins were 700 ea a while ago. now therye 750-850 ea. WOOTNESS \

Last question, from level 70 how long would it take to get 10 mill worth of chins? thanks

Not too long, 10m worth is chins is about 14k chins, which might take you under a month or just a bit over.

chins are like 800 ea now so 12.5k at 500 an hour is 25 hours

When i finish with agility i think just get Hunter level for Dragon Implings and leave this skill for a while :)

At level 80 hunter, I caught between 370-390 red chins per hour, which @ 800ea is 300k per hour, NOT 1M/hr.

at lvl 80 hunt, i cought between 350-390 chins per hr ^^ now at lvl 99(ftw :thumbsup: ) i catch between 390-425 w00tness \
