I think that every 99 is a very big achviement. But 99 fletching and cooking is not as great as for example 99 prayer. But it's still a very big achievment!

I think it is nice to have a 99 skill, no matter what it is. At least someone finished - killed a skill LOL. It is very cool to accomplish a skill in my opinion. However, I still think that it is easy to get 99 fletching and cooking, but I still respect it and find it an impressive achievement.
