To-do list tonight. 80 WC and Curses? Hopefully. Putting off my Jad task til I get curses. Made 2M or so since Flask update. Continuing to do them each day for like 400k. Figure I'll do Curse of Arrav and Temple of w/e for curses then just wc while I watch tv. I'm in bad need of money so I will be working toward WGS ASAP. So I can camp TDs and Corp for charms/money. I need ~50M for 99 farming payments. A ton of money and 8k crims for 96 summon. And money for chins for 99 range. Sitting at a 380m bank now and got 99 farm banked! Along with monster hunting/slayer gear and 150m cash. Hopefully it will keep growing. Also got 80 wc last night. How is everything? ____________ Hey everyone I know it has been a while since I have posted. I finally quit RuneScape! It began with me buying Diablo III then followed by Guild Wars 2. More recently however I have been playing a lot of Poker (Mainly Texas Hold'em) and really enjoy the game. I play on a few online sites, but its hard living in the States with the larger sites not being able to opperate. I did manage to stumble upon this one website called Hog Wild Poker Leagues which offers weekly Freerolls and Monthly Prize series! And it has no cost to you. It has been a great place with a fun community to hone my skills and play poker as much as I like! I know this isn't a typical post for Tip.it, but I know a lot of you are involved in the gambling community like I was and may find this entertaining. Now on to the reason for this post!____________ My Most Memorable Poker Game Toward the end of September of this year I was getting quite vested in poker. It was taking up most of my freetime outside of school with online play, reading strategy and listening to podcasts. I had a trip planned to the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi, MS on October 3rd for my friends birthday. I decided (as a poor college student) to take $200 with me and play some $1/$2 or $1/$3 at the Hard Rock and theBeau Rivage. The first day I was there I spent time with friends but I managed to find an hour to watch some hands play at the table. Since this was my first time playing live outside of home games I wanted to be sure I didn't just jump in and lose my bankroll right off. After watching for a while I left and joined my friends for dinner. Jump forward a few hours to that night. We were at the Beau Rivage having drinks and dancing and around 2 am against my better judgement (I had been drinking) I sat down at the Hard Rock $1/$2 table with my $200 and began playing. During the first 30 minutes I played a few hands and was up to about $280. I was really enjoying myself and as the drinks wore off I was beginning to focus more on good gameplay. What happened next was my very first "all-in" hand and the first time I got the rush of adreneline from playing a big (to me) pot. I am in the Big Blind position and the dealer sends the cards out. Play folds around to the Small Blind who limps in and I Check with 57o.The flop falls 5c5x6x so I flopped trip 5s. After the small blind leads out I call.Turn brings the Jc, Still my three 5s are good and after the Small Blind bets out I call, I am trying to slow play because I am putting the SB on a flush draw.The river brings the best possible card for me, 7c which gives me a Full House and has 3 to a flush on the board.The small blind bets 70% of my stack and I decide to re-raise all-in, SB insta-calls...... The Showdown:I ask the SB "Flush?" to which he responds "Full House". Now 4 thoughts go through my mind, either he flopped a Full House with 56 and I have him beat, he flopped a Full House with 66 (which I ruled out because of no preflop action), he turned one with J5, or we are going to split the pot with 57. My heart is racing a mile a minute as he turns over the 56o. I then show my 57o and scoop the pot. The gentleman gets angry, but him slowplaying the flop ended up costing him the pot. When I look down at the $630 in front of me I am happy. I stick around for another 30 minutes or so and finally leave when the table decides its time to sleep. I know this isn't the most action-packed game or even the highest stakes, but I will always remember it being my first time playing live poker and my first large pot. Except Surge (mage) and Escape (range) take that shit out. Once you've reached 100%, use your skills Damage Ultimate. For Melee it's Berserk - Range: Death's Swiftness, Mage: Sunshine Once that happens, get back up to 50-60 Adrenaline, and unleash thresholds for epic [bleep]ing damage.And by epic [bleep]ing damage, I'm referring to this: (My fastest Araxxor kill.. the good part is at like 3:20, right after I slide off the wall. I deal like 60k damage in 2-3 thresholds). I have all the 99s, and have been playing since 2001.
