This thread is to list the highest ranked people ingame with no 99's, I will need help from the fellow players to help name them, but I do know the first that I have found.

Your going to laugh at me for getting 99 hitpoints, a goal of mine, in order to get 99 Slayer, which just so happens to be another goal of mine.
