[hide=message to jessy87..]Oh and cut the personal stuff out of this? I couldn't care less who I remind you of, and i wouldnt be as childish as you to start slinging names etc whatever around. This is a discussion about what to do about bone bolts + bone xbow, lets keep it that way.[/hide]

you dont know who don imus(maybe its an o instead of u) is do you? your trying to be like how he was, a shock jock. theirs a few other people that try to be like this, remember the CAN WE SALVAGE MAGIC thread? pft, like magic is beyond repair. your thread was a prevoking title instead of passive and questioning

And yet when you think of the consequences that might have on ranged trainers, you decide no. People have just spent up to four million on those bolts and bow. That's alot of money down the drain....... :|

They are always going to be of some use, after all you can always shot them out a cross bow... (bone of course)

And before you say about jagex costing players money in that sense - broad arrows...

was that all you had to say about broad arrows? because im really trying to figure out which point your refering to on them their prices have ben adjusted, 3 times now?

I personally don't have any experience with the bone bolts, because my active pure is mele not ranged

I can say this tho, when jagex made the shops update, they probably spent their time on it. They do play this game too you know

Im gessing it was their way of saying "happy birthday ranged community, sorry it toke us so long".

I don't think it will be nerfed.

Yeah thats probably very true

Here's the problem with bone bolts: they make too many other types of ranged gear useless. Jagex claims that they always try to ensure game balance with their changes, but clearly they didn't think this one through.

For example, remember the Hunter crossbow? Getting bolts for it is slow and tedious. Why would anyone bother now?

Even regular bows and arrows are pretty much pointless.

They need to fix this.

I'm an avid meleer... and i like this. The bolts are good but not good enough for people to go ballistic about and have it nerfed. The three are almost balanced now... but a high level high hitting mage spell wouldnt hurt... along with unnerfing the dscim and whip =D

I bought about 9k of the bolts recently.

they are exactly like iron bolts, high hits sometime, low sometimes.

However, the bow itself isnt for pvp, just pve.

If they did raise the price on the bolts, I'll just use bronze bolts again( i have 10k of them atm)

They are 3 gp ea.

And can be used with the bone c bow.

Just my opinion on it. rather them not raised in price, but if it happens, it happens. Ill just use bronze bolts =)

No, Jagex hasn't fired their nerf guns for a long time and let's keep it that way.
