November 2, 200718 yr i'd love some opinions from others about the cost of membership. i personally pay for 3 each month, for my family, and it tends to add up. Ill admit it cuts back on my budget slightly, and im not terribly happy about it, but i do enjoy runescape, so i've decided it's a cost that will probably remain constant for some time. Thought, opinions, love to hear how others feel about this. I require hugs. Seriously, just give them to me, and youll see your little turtle again.
November 2, 200718 yr I'll have a subscription to Tabula Rasa when it's released tomorrow. The updates this month will greatly determine whether or not I stay members or even keep playing. I get paid over 800 dollars a month with my job, 30 or 40 bucks a month (i hardly ever buy games) isn't going to dent that much.

November 2, 200718 yr Um.. membership is the price of two cups of coffee a month. If I couldn't afford that I'd have a lot more to worry about than playing computer games.
November 2, 200718 yr Five bucks is pretty cheap for a game. Imagene paying WoW for 3 people... $45 + $60 CDs... You could take a break for a while, or save up some extra money somehow if you really wanted to play. "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."
November 2, 200718 yr or just play f2p for a while. Yes, it's possible to go back to f2p, even if it's not very pleasant. All I learned in life, I learned on Tip.it

November 2, 200718 yr it does if your in college and trying to pay 20k in tuition a year working for minimum wage Hi, Im a college student, I work for an internet service provider making 9.50 an hour, Monday-Friday for 25-35 hours a week with a full load of courses to boot. You must not have to worry about car payments, insurance, cell phone bill, or the such, overall 5 a month or 15 a month is VERY easy to swing if you can work and manage your money at all . "Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. This is a most valuable - a most sacred right - a right, which we hope and believe, is to liberate the world."Abraham Lincoln

Ever consider a student loan? Its almost impossible to work and pay and keep going (Tried it for 3 years, didn't want debt, student loan made my life alot easier - interest isn't bad either) I have no clue where you work or live, but I would strongly suggest seeing if a call center is in the area, most have a flexible night shift you could work. I learned to build my classes around my job too. so never any night classes for me "Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. This is a most valuable - a most sacred right - a right, which we hope and believe, is to liberate the world."Abraham Lincoln
November 2, 200718 yr Author nearest c center is an hour away, and i spend the dif in pay driving back and forth, not worth it. trust me i've looked. I require hugs. Seriously, just give them to me, and youll see your little turtle again.
November 2, 200718 yr Your sisters arent capable of chores? Then your basically paying twenty cents a day to play. If your sisters somehow cant manage chores then its still only like sixty cents a day, not even that much. Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.
November 2, 200718 yr Author im sorry, my mother tends to think vgames are the embodiment of all evil I require hugs. Seriously, just give them to me, and youll see your little turtle again.
November 2, 200718 yr Not being able to afford just $5 US means you should just stop playing. That would take no time to make. :-k
November 2, 200718 yr Well its ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã3.20 GBP which is mininmal for a monthly payment. But in theory it should be ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã2.50 GBP because of inflation and the current exchange rate against the dollar. Its not much to pay but if you add that up its around ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã40 a year which is large in one chunk but as jagex do it, it is broken down to make it more managable. November 2, 200718 yr im paid 2900GBP every month ($6100) and pay for 3 member subscriptions every month... and i must say it does all add up... not that i think its a pointless cost as i enjoy the game enough to warrant spendin 120GBP ($240) a year on it.... Its much cheaper than most other RPG's out there (wow) unless you are paying for more than 1 char every month (like me) but if you dont like it then dont pay =/ play the free version
