The strange thing is that I didn't even use my last chance appeal yet, and they told me that they decided to grant me a last chance. Odd? Currently will be using my Oni Tsurugi account to attempt to get 99 on all free skills without spending any gp, just for the sake of doing so. If Jagex uses a random number generator to determine weather or not you're banned, I'm quiting Runescape, right here, right now. I would think that event "A" was most likely what happened. It's likely that some Jagex mod with at least some adequate level of intelligence decided to read some of my queries I sent. For "B," Jagex never considers queries sent by third-parties. For "C," Jagex only considers messages sent to them via their website. For "D": if Jagex were to use a random number generator, I would have been unbanned as soon as I submit the first query. Of course, it's also possible that their RNG declined my first appeal.
