I don't know the laps but if I really concentrate I can get up to 50k an hour. Today I got 86 Agility but deleted picture by accident. Then I went to Tears of Guthix and got 126 tears! That got me to 65 Runecraft! November 24, 200718 yr Author good luck :D do you have any idea approx. how many super restores u use an hour? ^^ Well since I started agility at level 72 a few weeks back I haven't really used that many. I've gone through 3 loads of normal energy pots and half way through super energy now. Most of the time I am on forums so I stay around 100% energy which is pretty cool (although a lot slower in the long run). But when I am just concentrating on agility and nothing else I use a super engery dose every 2 or 3 laps I think. On another note, I just found out I am under the 2k rank in Agility!
