November 28, 200718 yr This diagram should explain everything. [hide][/hide] Leaving your egg only slightly cracked, earning you a C+ or maybe even a B-! I don't get it it....you attach it to a 40ft pole and drop it that way? But then the pole will fall over....leaving your egg only slightly shattered, earning you an F or maybe even a D-! Plus, you spelled ladder wrong :shame: Command the Murderous Chalices! Drink ye harpooners! drink and swear, ye men that man the deathful whaleboat's bow- Death to Moby Dick!BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!

November 28, 200718 yr I did this two weeks ago for my Physics class. The extreme straw-suspension works great, but it's too complicated. One word: pillow. Get a relatively small pillow, and get tons of cotton, stuff it until it's packed. If you want, cut one egg-holder out of an egg carton, and put the egg in there.(tape it in, inside the pillow). Mine was best in class besides straws, no doubt. The spelling and grammar of that email was that of an 11 year old palestinian goatboy who is speaking english for the first timeQuite simply, Facebook craps on Myspace. Then makes it eat the crap.
November 29, 200718 yr I had to do this in 5th grade i think, i put it in a container and just stuffed it with cotton and the egg didnt crack \
November 29, 200718 yr Would a tightly sealed box filled with thick lotion and your egg work? With some extra padding maybe :?: Tbfgraphx14Happy to find I'm not the only one who eats glass.
November 29, 200718 yr could you not just stick it in a box fill it with foam so that it cant move? Or in water perhaps? some different ideas Please click below to help with my ICT A Level, for which I have to monitor my website for 8 weeks, hits and feedback welcome. http://www.chauncystweb.co.uk/sm Feedback page now up and working.
November 29, 200718 yr Or in water perhaps? some different ideas Woah! Nice idea! Seriously, would that work? :o
November 29, 200718 yr This might be classified as cheating, but... On MythBusters, Jamie (what a smart guy) hollowed out an orange and cut it in half. He then placed the egg between the edges and taped it shut. Next, get 39 1/2 inches of string (in length), and lower it down to the ground, dropping it when there's about 1/2 a foot left. However, he also put an extra covering around the egg. It worked, too. Anyway, I just put foam and paper and cottonballs in a shoebox, taped it and taped it and taped it, and let 'er drop. (In the fifth grade.) ~Rcty Rcty
