You have no idea how hard the skill will be, it could be as easy as fletching! How can you say that you doubt anybody might even get to 80 in 2 weeks. January 15, 200818 yr Whoever gathers the raw materials for mass profit before release isn't smart. They remove the 5%'s on NEW ITEMS. Any item used in summoning, but has been around before the update, will still have limitations. the trick is to balance all of these methods to get 99 and either play real life or train another skill while farming. 635th to 99 Farming 12/16/07

January 15, 200818 yr Myself I'm doing nothing about it beacause people just start thinking things you might need and start gathering random ( or even useless) items. And since Jagex will take control of the prices those items won't sky-rocket in price meaning a lot of wasted time + many items that won't really help you on summoning. Ofcourse someone just might have collected the right items and get the lvl to a decent lvl, but still it will be full of lagg and stuff. I'll wait and see which items I really need and then start getting them:^_^:

I don't go on a speculation spree when it comes to gathering items, unless it's confirmed (the eggs), etched in stone tablets. I see the lag as more of an obstacle to overcome than a nuisance.

January 15, 200818 yr I collected 5 vulture eggs and 5 karamthulhu last night. Today I tried woodcutting for eggs today but I got bored at 74 woodcutting. Im now killing Druids for their robes, im assuming they will get a graphical update and could possibly boost summoning like robes boost prayer.
