December 9, 200718 yr M6c, not half of those a level 3 could complete. Honestly, I'm not quite sure on all of them, but M6c's list is all wrong. The spelling and grammar of that email was that of an 11 year old palestinian goatboy who is speaking english for the first timeQuite simply, Facebook craps on Myspace. Then makes it eat the crap.

Those are the quests, but i dont have a list on rs knowledge database you can look up things like "attack rewards, strength rewards" in search and itll give u list of quests that give rewards like that. Thing is, a lot of them still require a boss or killing of a monster.

My list is definitely, with maybe 1 or 2 errors, correct.. Zzzamorak has beaten all of those quests and has posted proof (he has like 90+ quest points). He is level 3. (well I think level 4 now, but level 3 at the time of proof)... And the thing is... he isn't the only one to have, too. [/bads]
